Danielle Scrase - Regional Director for Inclusion

Danielle is the Regional Director for Inclusion at LEO Academy Trust, also leading strategically on Early Years. Previously, Danielle was the Headteacher of Manor Park Primary and led the school from ‘Serious weakness’ to ‘Outstanding’. Danielle is currently working as part of the DfE Behaviour Hub with schools nationally. She ensures that the child is at the centre of all decisions, bringing a passion for inclusion to ensure that all LEO children are included and have the opportunity to flourish through a holistic approach to the curriculum. Her focus remains on the importance of laying strong foundations in Early Years to develop confident and happy children.
