Amy Carlile - Director of Professional Learning and Associate College

Amy Carlile is the Director of Professional Learning and Associate College at LEO Academy Trust. She works in collaboration with colleagues both inside and outside of the Trust in order to provide excellent professional development opportunities for all. Amy is passionate about supporting schools to improve pedagogy and enjoys working alongside others at all stages of their careers to develop their practice. Amy has gained leadership experience as an English Leader, Phase Leader and a Deputy Headteacher at Cheam Fields Primary Academy. She is the Hub Manager of the Challenge Partners South West London and Surrey Hub. She is also a Specialist Leader of Education for English, Phonics and ITT and an Evidence Lead in Education with Greenshaw Research School. Amy also works in partnership with Harris Crystal Palace Teaching School Hub as an ECF and NPQ facilitator.
