Christopher Perrott - Director of English

Christopher is the Director of English across LEO Academy Trust, developing and supporting the teaching and learning of Reading, Writing, Grammar and Phonics within KS1 and KS2. Furthermore, Christopher holds the position of Vice Principal at Manor Park Primary Academy, establishing and implementing a robust, engaging and progressive wider curriculum. Due to his many years of being based both in and out the classroom, Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and teaching strategies within all areas of the English curriculum to ensure every child has the opportunities to grow as a successful learner, as well as work alongside teachers across the Trust to further train and develop their pedagogy within the classroom. During his time as both Director and Vice Principal, Christopher is a champion for equality, inclusivity and diversity for all children and works passionately to see these reflected within both the English and wider curriculum respectively.
