Rachel Townsend - Principal

Rachel is one of the Principals of LEO Academy Trust currently based at Brookfield Primary Academy. Rachel started the role of Principal at Brookfield in September 2024 after completing two years as Principal of Cheam Common Infants'.  Rachel is passionate about inclusion.  Through using a holistic approach to deliver their ambitious curriculum, she is committed to ensuring all children are happy, successful and prepared for the next stage of their education and future.
