Tonia Webb - Pupil Wellbeing Champion
Tonia Webb is the Trust's Pupil Wellbeing Champion, bringing a wealth of experience in fostering positive behavioral changes and promoting social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) across diverse settings. Her approach is rooted in empathy and patience, tailoring individualized support to empower children and create inclusive environments where every student can thrive.
Tonia is highly flexible and adaptive, shaping her interventions to meet the evolving needs of students and responding to the complex, dynamic nature of behavioral challenges. She strongly believes in each child’s potential for growth, and her philosophy centers on holistic support that addresses both behavioral and SEMH needs.
Currently, Tonia also collaborates with schools and multi-academy trusts (MATs) as part of the Department for Education (DfE) Behaviour Hubs initiative. Through this work, she has supported schools in enhancing behaviour for effective learning, reflecting her commitment to unlocking every child’s potential.
