Dominique Briggs - Director of Partnerships

Dominique is the Director of Partnerships and has been with LEO Academy Trust since September 2016. She started as Assistant Headteacher at Cheam Common Junior Academy, then became Vice Principal in 2018 and finally moved to the Central Team in 2019. 

Her role includes: supporting schools in their school improvement, working alongside leaders and teachers; ensuring that the Arts curriculum across the Trust is high quality; teacher and mentor training; leadership development; seeking and implementing additional opportunities for our pupils to enhance their curriculum; improving our active citizen curriculum through charity partnerships; working alongside and developing our Arts partnerships; working with secondary schools to improve our transition and create additional opportunities for our pupils.
