Children from Brookfield Primary, Cheam Fields, and Manor Park have been busy taking photographs of their schools, areas, and their celebrations during the build up to The Coronation of His Majesty The King and Her Majesty The Queen Consort. They have also been designing “sustainable schools of the future” in reference to one of the themes of The Coronation: Sustainability. 

We are thrilled to announce that some of our pupil's final photographs have been chosen to be displayed in the 'Capture Sutton for the King: Then, Now, and Next' exhibition organised by The London Borough of Sutton Cultural Services. The aim of their exhibition is to display an array of images of the area at the time of the Coronation which will then be added to their historical archives.

The photographs will be displayed in the Gallery at Sutton Central Library from 4th to 11th May, please see below the artwork that will be on display:
